Elizabeth Nallenweg

Elizabeth Nallenweg, LCSW, is an experienced behavioral health professional currently serving as a Behavioral Health Consultant at Kaiser Permanente since July 2025. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held positions including LCSW at Grow Therapy and Senior Behavioral Specialist for Early Childhood at Mercy Care. Elizabeth's extensive background includes leadership roles as VP of Care Integration and Head of Family Support at Ascend Behavior Partners. Additionally, Elizabeth worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at ONE SENSIBLE SOLUTION LLC, and as Director and Licensed Mental Health Clinician at Centria Healthcare, where counseling services were provided to families affected by autism spectrum disorder. Elizabeth co-founded Centrality Behavior Support Training LLC, serving as Director of Family Services, and has held earlier roles in training coordination and behavior therapy.
