Ernie Teran

Ernie Teran has extensive experience in project management and construction within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the SCAL Director for the Hospital COE at Kaiser Permanente, Ernie is overseeing significant projects in Riverside, CA, including a Hospital Expansion Tower and other related facilities, set for completion in October 2026, as well as expansions in Moreno Valley, CA. Previously held roles include SCAL Hospital Program Manager and Senior Project Manager, where Ernie managed the development of an 82,756 SF Medical Office Building in Murrieta, CA. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Rudolph & Sletten, Inc., focused on the Kaiser Los Angeles Medical Center Hospital rebuild, and as a Project Engineer at R.D. Olson Construction, contributing to the tenant improvement of Dave & Buster's locations. Ernie holds a degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
