Irina Polyakova

Irina Polyakova is an accomplished senior manager with extensive experience in quality management and IT testing, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Quality Management Shared Services at Kaiser Permanente since March 2006. Irina leads the Testing team for a multi-year Oracle HCM Cloud implementation project, while also having held roles such as Sr. Consultant for PeopleSoft HCM and IT Test Manager. Prior positions include PeopleSoft HCM Functional Test Lead and Sr. QA Engineer at Gap Inc., as well as Software QA Engineer roles at PeopleSoft and YUBE, Inc. Irina holds a Stanford Certified Project Management degree from the Stanford Advanced Project Management Program and has qualifications in Computer Science and Software Quality Assurance from various educational institutions. Irina also holds a Master's degree in Finance from Tashkent Financial Institute.
