Jocelyn Tran

Jocelyn Tran, BSN, RN, PHN, currently serves as a Clinical Nurse I at Kaiser Permanente since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Patient Care Assistant at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals and Sutter Health, where patient-centered care and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams were emphasized. Jocelyn also gained valuable skills through various nursing student experiences at multiple healthcare facilities, including Santa Clara Valley Medical Center and Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, focusing on compassionate care and nursing procedures. Earlier roles as a Sales Associate at Pet Food Express and a Certified Nursing Assistant further developed customer service and caregiving abilities. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of San Francisco and a high school diploma from Lowell High School.
