John Bartlett

John Bartlett is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Principal Product Coach at Kaiser Permanente, John is instrumental in transforming the organization into a product-focused entity aimed at enhancing member experiences. As a Distinguished Faculty member at General Assembly since 2015, John leads product management courses and consults for high-profile clients such as Netflix and Slack. An independent consultant since 2009, John specializes in strategic product management for both consumer and B2B sectors. Previous roles include VP Product Success at Obo, Chief Product Officer at ClearAction Continuum, and significant positions at Yahoo!, Venturi Wireless, and Siebel Systems during notable growth phases. John holds degrees from Babson College, Lesley University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and NSCC, along with an A.S. in Electrical Engineering.
