Karan Arora

Karan Arora serves as the Vice President of Indirect Sourcing at Kaiser Permanente since July 2022, leading the sourcing organization for all Indirect spend. Prior to this role, Karan held various positions at Procter & Gamble from July 2005 to July 2022, including Executive Director of Sourcing/Category Management, Purchasing Leader for Direct Spend in Oralcare, and Purchasing Director for Upstream Innovation in North America Transportation. Karan's expertise spans across sourcing transformation, demand planning in the APAC region, and supply chain operations. Karan is currently pursuing the Strategic Leadership Program focused on the Healthcare Landscape and Strategic Innovation at Cornell University and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, Instrumentation & Controls from the University of Rajasthan.
