Dean Jablonsky

Dean Jablonsky currently serves as Vice President of Global Indirect Sourcing and Enterprise Excellence at Boston Scientific, a position held since 2023, overseeing enterprise-wide operations across the Americas, Europe, and APAC. Prior to this role, Dean held several key positions at Boston Scientific from 2006 to 2022, including Vice President of Global Enterprise Excellence and Global Director of Enterprise Excellence, focusing on value improvement, new product development, manufacturing excellence, and business transformation. Dean's extensive experience in operations and engineering began at SciMed Lifesystems and includes significant roles in manufacturing and quality engineering. Dean holds an Executive MBA in General Management and Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
