Karel Kreshek

Karel Kreshek, MSOD, SPHR, is an experienced business owner and leadership development consultant with a strong background in organizational dynamics and change management. As the founder of The Kreshek Group, Inc. since November 2009, Karel focuses on creating dynamic and inclusive learning environments across diverse industries. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant for Leadership Development at Kaiser Permanente, Karel has also contributed as an adjunct professor at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Previous roles include Associate Director of Executive Education at Pepperdine University and Learning & Development Consultant at The Walt Disney Company. Karel holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Southern California.
