Kathryn Wilder

Kathryn Wilder, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in organization development with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Organization Development Leader at Kaiser Permanente in Northern California, Kathryn has also held positions such as Senior Manager of Leadership Development and Senior Organization Development Practice Leader within the same organization. As the founder and president of Leading Pace, LLC, Kathryn contributes to the field as a faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership and is an active board member of the International Leadership Association. Additionally, Kathryn serves as a field editor for ATD Links in the "Consultants In Practice" section. Kathryn earned a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change from Antioch University and holds a Master's degree in Communication from the University of Maryland.
