Kelly Toon

Kelly Toon has extensive experience in user research, currently serving as Senior Manager, User Research at Kaiser Permanente since November 2017, following various managerial roles in user research and user experience from 2008 to 2017. Prior to Kaiser Permanente, Kelly worked as an Information Architect at the Los Angeles Times and Designory, Inc., and held positions related to user interface and web design at McClatchy Interactive, BigZoo, and Citysearch. Kelly holds a Master of Science in Human Factors & Ergonomics from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Human Performance from UC San Diego.
