Paul Selby

Paul Selby currently serves as the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer at Kaiser Permanente since July 2025. With a rich background in military service, Selby holds a position in the US Navy Reserve as a Supply Officer since January 2007, encompassing various roles such as Administration Officer and Logistics Officer in multiple commands. Prior to Kaiser Permanente, Selby was the Chief Information Security Officer and Deputy Chief Information Officer at the U.S. Department of Energy from August 2023 to July 2025 and held multiple senior security roles at the Internal Revenue Service from June 2021 to August 2023. Selby holds a Master of Information Sciences in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Penn State University and an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business.
