Shasta Addessi

Shasta Addessi is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in operational management and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Area Manager for the San Mateo Service Area at Kaiser Permanente since January 2021, Shasta also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer. Prior experience includes significant roles at Mills-Peninsula Health Services, Sutter Health, from June 2008 to January 2021, where Shasta was a Senior Leader overseeing multiple clinical service lines and managing substantial budgets and teams across various campuses. Educational qualifications include a Master of Health Services Administration degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the same institution.
