Simon Steel

Simon Steel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and project management. Currently serving as a Certified SAFe® 6 Program Consultant, Solution Train Engineer, Release Train Engineer, and Coach at Kaiser Permanente since March 2019, Simon has a background that includes roles such as Agile Coach and Scrum Master at Pacific Gas and Electric Company and Scrum Master- Manager at Sungevity. Prior to these positions, Simon spent over a decade at Electronic Arts in various director and management roles associated with the Sims and SimCity franchises, where significant contributions included enhancing server infrastructure and implementing cost-saving strategies. Simon also owned and operated Global Exchange NW, focusing on international trade. Simon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Linfield University.
