Doug Wilson

Doug Wilson is an experienced Plant Manager at Kaivac, Inc. since April 2020, along with previously serving as Assistant Plant Manager. Additionally, Doug has been a member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc. since March 2022, participating in a peer advisory group focused on enhancing leadership effectiveness and decision-making. Prior to these roles, Doug accumulated 20 years of warehouse management experience, holding the position of Warehouse Manager at Connector Manufacturing from June 2013 to April 2020, overseeing shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. Doug graduated from Hamilton High School in 1998.
