Piyush Chandra Dayal

Piyush Chandra Dayal is an experienced public health professional currently serving as the District Program Leader for Communicable Diseases at Piramal Foundation since June 2024 and as a member of the Anti-Corruption committee at the Human Rights Protection Council of India since January 2024. Piyush has extensive experience with the Department of Health, Government of Bihar, holding roles such as District Public Health Officer and District Level ASHA Trainer. Additional experience includes founding HELPS Foundation in May 2009, and working in various managerial and coordination roles at organizations such as CARE India and Venture Skill India Ltd. Piyush has a strong educational background, including a Master of Business Administration from Ranchi University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Management, and a Certificate in Keeping Vaccines Safe in Health Facility Cold Chain, among other qualifications.
