Erica Thomas

Erica Thomas is a Continuous Improvement Representative at Kaizen Collab, a position held since August 2015, where responsibilities include developing and implementing efficient processes for sales and marketing while addressing customer needs and providing creative solutions. Previously, Erica served as Assistant Manager of Operations at Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market from February 2014 to May 2016, overseeing customer service, employee supervision, payroll processing, and inventory management. Erica began their career as a Front Desk Assistant at Arkansas State University Red Wolf Recreation Center, managing desk operations and promoting fitness programs from January 2012 to May 2014. Erica holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Human Resource from Arkansas State University, completed in 2014.
