Arik May

Arik May has a diverse work experience. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a System Administrator at Mac Made Easy, Inc. In 2017, they held multiple roles simultaneously. Arik was the Assistant Director of Admissions at Hawaii Preparatory Academy from September 2017 to January 2020. Additionally, they served as the Head Coach for the FIRST Lego League from September 2017 to January 2018. In 2020, they joined Kajabi as a Customer Success Manager in January, later transitioning to the role of Technical Support Lead from January to July. From July 2020 to July 2021, they worked as a Technical Team Lead at Kajabi and was then promoted to the role of Senior Technical Team Lead from July 2021 to February 2022. Currently, they are serving as an Escalation Manager at Kajabi. In 2004, Arik started their own business called Aloha Made, where they currently serve as the Owner. Arik was also a Freelance Graphic Designer at Aloha Made since 2004.

Arik May obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Hawai'i System, which took place from 2006 to 2012. In addition to this, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the City University of Hong Kong from 2010 to 2011. Furthermore, Arik May earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Texas State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2009.

Arik May also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. Arik completed the Inbound Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy in October 2017. Additionally, in April 2014, they became an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) through Apple.
