Christopher Y.

Christopher Y. has over 10 years of professional experience in venture investments, product management, and investment banking. In 2010, they began their career at Jefferies & Company as an Investment Banking Analyst. In 2012, they joined TriplePoint Capital as a Venture Investments Analyst, where they managed a portfolio of 10 existing investments and invested $30 million in 8 new transactions. In 2013, Christopher joined Kabam as a Senior Product Manager and was responsible for optimizing live game events, building new features, and launching/scaling new 0-to-1 mobile games. In 2015, they joined Betable as a Product Lead and was responsible for using technology to enable the creation, distribution, and discovery of iGaming content. In 2016, Christopher joined Microsoft as a Principal Product Manager and was later promoted to Principal Group Product Manager and Head of Product for the Modern Life Experiences business unit. Christopher was responsible for product strategy and led a world-class product team across a 150-person global organization. In 2017, Christopher began investing in early-stage direct investments, participation in late-stage SPVs, and limited partnerships in VC and real estate funds. In 2020, they joined Kajabi as VP of Product and was responsible for the product management, product design, and UX research teams. Finally, in 2022, Christopher joined First Round Fast Track as a Mentor and has had the privilege of mentoring some fantastic startup founders and product leaders.

Christopher Y. completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and studied International Business at The University of Hong Kong.
