Dennis Wong

Dennis Wong has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Dennis currently holds the position of Production Engineer at Kajabi, where they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they were Senior Quality Engineer at Kajabi from December 2020 to January 2023. Before joining Kajabi, Dennis served as Senior Lead Software Quality Engineer at AMADA AMERICA, INC. from January 2020 to May 2020. Dennis was responsible for establishing and leading a detailed and results-oriented software QA group.

Dennis also worked at Symantec, starting as an SQA Engineer in January 2012 and leaving in July 2014. In this role, they were responsible for all Provisioning flows and services integral to product growth and customer retention. Dennis developed and automated scripts for API testing and conducted black box and grey box testing of frontend and backend components.

At Symantec, Dennis progressed to the role of Senior Software Quality Engineer from July 2014 to December 2018. Dennis served as the QA lead and content owner for various frontend and backend services and components. Dennis managed numerous high-value integration efforts, including customer migration and SSO integration.

Earlier in their career, Dennis worked at IBM as an I/T Specialist. Dennis led an offshore QA team and was responsible for troubleshooting software and web application performance. Dennis executed various tests, including systems verification, user acceptance, and performance tests.

Throughout their work experience, Dennis demonstrated strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a focus on implementing best practice QA standards.

Dennis Wong holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
