Paul Simpson

Paul Simpson has a diverse work experience in software engineering and consulting. Paul started their career as a Junior Associate at Trammell Crow Company in 2006. Paul then served in the US Army, initially as a Platoon Leader from 2009 to 2011, and later as an Operations Officer from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they transitioned to the tech industry and joined Harvest as a Software Engineer, where they worked on various projects ranging from user-facing features to infrastructure upgrades until 2014. Paul then joined Blue Apron as a Software Engineer, where they played a key role in building improved tools for account management and enhancing site stability and performance. After working at Blue Apron, they joined Happily as a Senior Engineer in 2017, before moving to TaxJar in 2018 as a Software Engineer. At TaxJar, they worked until May 2020, collaborating on software development projects. Paul most recently joined Kajabi in October 2020 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they currently work.

Paul Simpson attended the University of Oklahoma from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Philosophy.
