Tim James

Tim James has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Graduate Surveyor at M&G Real Estate for two years. From 2006 to 2009, they served as a West End Investment Agent at Godfrey Vaughan. Tim then joined Columbia Threadneedle Investments EMEA APAC as a Vice President from 2010 to 2015. Following that, they worked at Land Securities as a Portfolio Manager from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2021, they served as a Director at LONGMEAD CAPITAL LLP. Currently, they are an Investment Director at Kajima Europe, starting in 2021.

Tim James attended At Albans School from 1991 to 1998. Tim later pursued a degree in Land Management at the University of Reading from 1998 to 2001.
