Inwoo Seo has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. In March 2012, they started their career at Celltrion Healthcare Co., Ltd. as a Business Planning Analyst, where they were responsible for analyzing P&L statements and supporting the annual budget plan. Inwoo worked in this role until March 2015.

After that, Inwoo joined Celltrion Healthcare as a Finance Accounting Specialist, managing multiple journal ledgers and performing internal compliance reviews. This role lasted from March 2015 to March 2016.

In March 2016, they became the Global Business Regional Manager at Celltrion Healthcare. In this role, they focused on alliance management and overall commercial operations for monoclonal antibody-based biosimilars in Turkey, Iran, and Pakistan. Inwoo also led the launching strategy for a biosimilar project in Turkey. Their tenure in this position ended in April 2018.

In July 2019, Inwoo transitioned to Lunit, where they started as a Global Business Development Manager for the MEA/CIS/Brazil region. Inwoo worked in this role until June 2022. Inwoo then took on the role of MEA & CIS Team Leader from January 2021 to May 2022.

Most recently, Inwoo Seo joined kakaobrain as the Team Leader of the Healthcare Strategy business in June 2022.

Inwoo Seo completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Studies at ESB Business School, Reutlingen University from 2010 to 2011. Inwoo then pursued their undergraduate studies at Hanyang University from 2004 to 2012, although the specific field of study is not mentioned. Currently, Inwoo is enrolled at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and is expected to complete their Master of Engineering degree from 2022 to 2024.
