Dongyoup Oh

Dongyoup Oh has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dongyoup is currently serving as the Head of Strategic Investment at Kakaopay since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Managing Director at Korea Investment Private Equity from June 2021 to July 2022. From 2014 to 2021, they held the position of Director at Neoplux, where they focused on the growth of longtail e-commerce and served on the Board of Directors. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company from September 2012 to January 2014, and as a Summer Associate at Bain and Company in 2011. Dongyoup started their career at KTB, PRIVATE EQUITY DIVISION as an Assistant Manager from August 2008 to June 2010, and at Doosan Group as an Associate from December 2005 to July 2008.

Dongyoup Oh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH) from 1999 to 2006. Dongyoup then pursued an MBA degree in Private Equity and Finance from Columbia Business School from 2010 to 2012.
