Rodrigo Danyau Cal

Rodrigo Danyau CAL, Bed, PD, TC, currently serves as the Learning Solutions Lead at Kal Tire since April 2024. Previously, Rodrigo held the position of Learning Resource Consultant at Alberta Motor Association from March 2011 to April 2024, where responsibilities included assessing training needs and developing relevant training materials. Rodrigo also worked as a Learning Resource Consultant at Bridgewater Bank from March 2011 to February 2014, focusing on training material development, behavior-based training delivery, and employee coaching. Prior experience includes a role as Corporate Development Specialist at Cash Store Financial from September 2004 to March 2011, where Rodrigo trained employees nationwide and worked on various initiatives to enhance leadership and profitability. Educational qualifications include a Writing and Editing Skills in the Workplace certificate from the University of Calgary, a Certificate of Adult Learning from the University of Calgary, and a Bachelor of Education in History from the University of Alberta.
