Tricia's extensive experience at Finning, the largest dealer in the Caterpillar network, included positions such as Regional Parts Operations Manager and Parts and Warehouse Operations Supervisor, where operational excellence and revenue growth initiatives were prioritized. Throughout the years at Finning, Tricia managed significant inventories and led teams to ensure compliance with mining industry standards and customer commitments.
