Marvin Argueta

Marvin Argueta is an experienced professional in retail management and customer experience. Currently serving as the Retail General Manager at Kaladi Brothers Coffee since May 2021, Marvin has also held roles as Customer & Employee Experience Manager and Marketing Communications Coordinator within the same organization. Prior to Kaladi Brothers Coffee, Marvin worked at Mooses Tooth/Bear Tooth as a server from August 2016 to August 2022 and briefly at Alaska USA as a User Experience Advocate in early 2021. Marvin's retail experience includes a significant tenure at Nordstrom from January 2014 to August 2017, where Marvin started as a sales associate and progressed to the position of Tom Ford Counter Manager in cosmetics. Marvin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage, earned between 2016 and 2019, specializing in business management, marketing, and related support services.
