Rachel Wood

Rachel Wood currently serves as the Associate Director of the Center for Career and Professional Development at Kalamazoo College, where responsibilities include managing student-focused communication channels and overseeing student interns. With a background in career counseling, Rachel Wood has experience conducting individualized sessions with students and fostering a community of practice in environmental sustainability. Prior roles include Interim Associate Director, where Rachel Wood co-led initiatives during a directorial search, and roles at Three Rivers Community Schools and Western Michigan University that focused on advising students and enhancing career development resources. Rachel Wood holds a Master’s degree in School Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education: English from Western Michigan University.
