Renee Boelcke

Renee Boelcke has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Renee currently holds the position of Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Kalamazoo College, where they are responsible for overseeing various HR activities. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Kalamazoo College, where they were involved in staffing, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.

Before joining Kalamazoo College, Renee worked in various roles at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and its subsidiaries. Renee served as the Assistant HR Director at Hyatt Regency Chicago, the Roving Human Resources Director at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, the Director of Human Resources at Hyatt Deerfield, the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Hyatt Rosemont, the Benefits and Employment Manager at Hyatt Regency O'Hare, the Employment & Benefits Manager at Hyatt Lodge, and the Assistant F&B Manager at Hyatt on Printers Row.

Through their extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Renee has gained expertise in managing various aspects of human resources and has proven to be an invaluable asset to their employers.

Renee Boelcke completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Central Michigan University from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended Michigan Lutheran Seminary from 1990 to 1994 for their high school education. In terms of additional certifications, Renee obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in June 2019, and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in June 2015.
