Sally Read

Sally Read has a diverse work experience. Sally most recently served as the Associate Director of the Office of Student Involvement at Kalamazoo College since February 2024. Before that, they worked as the Operations Manager at the Center for International Programs at Kalamazoo College from May 2021 to February 2024. Prior to their involvement at Kalamazoo College, Sally worked as a Bookseller at Bookbug / this is a bookstore from January 2019 to May 2021. Sally also held the position of Visiting Professor of Psychology at Kalamazoo College from September 2019 to March 2021. In addition, Sally was the Manager at Earthly Delights at Amy Zane from July 2018 to December 2020. Before that, they served as the Head of School at Kazoo School from June 2015 to July 2018 and as the Interim Head of School from July 2014 to June 2015. Sally also worked as the Research and Program Coordinator at Eton Academy from August 2013 to June 2014. Sally began their career as a Graduate Assistant at Michigan State University from August 2008 to May 2013.

Sally Read obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Kalamazoo College in 2008, graduating Magna cum Laude. Sally pursued further education at Michigan State University from 2008 to 2014, earning a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Teacher Education.
