Bernadus Karmin Winata

Indonesian Citizen, born in Jakarta in 1964, domiciled in Jakarta, Indonesia. Director of the Company since 2017 based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) dated June 5, 2017 and has been reappointed as Director based on AGMS on May 27, 2021.

He received his Bachelor degree in Accounting Economics from Padjadjaran University in January 1988 in Bandung, and then attended the Master Program of Business Administration from GS Fame Institute of Business in Jakarta in 1995. He started his career in 1988 in several Companies in Internal Audit, Accounting and Budgeting at Gunung Sewu Group of Companies, Mitracorp Pacific Nusantara, and Artha Holdings.
