Lilis Halim

Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2019. She serves as an Independent Commissioner of the Company based on the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated May 27, 2021. Indonesian Citizen, born in Jakarta on October 26, 1960, domiciled in Jakarta, Indonesia.

She graduated from the Mathematics Faculty of the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia in 1985. She began her career in Sydney as an Acturaial Officer at the Life insurance company, Associated National Life in 1985 - 1988.
