Hawo Ibrahim

Hawo Ibrahim currently serves as a Customer Success Specialist in the Payer division at Kalderos since September 2024 and is a member of Women of Customer Success as of July 2024. Previously, Hawo held the position of Associate in Customer Analytics & Insights at Possip from August 2023 to September 2024, and worked as an Associate Consultant at Magid from April 2022 to July 2023. Hawo began a professional journey at Possip as an intern from June 2021 to March 2022 and gained experience as a Research Assistant at Vanderbilt University in 2021. Additional roles include tutoring at Varsity Tutors, working as a Contact Tracer for the Tennessee Department of Health, and serving as a Student Worker at Duke University Libraries. Hawo also contributed as a Student Teacher with WISER International in 2018. Hawo holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Duke University, completed in 2021, following education at University School of Nashville from 2013 to 2017.
