Laura Fruen

Laura Fruen is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in human resources and management. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Kalderos since September 2022, Laura also contributes to the #HIREBLACK Initiative as an Ally (Ready to Mentor) since June 2020. Previous roles include positions such as Director of Talent Acquisition at Mixlab and Manager of Talent at Farmer's Fridge, among others. Laura's experience includes significant recruiting roles at Trunk Club, STATS LLC, and OtterBase, alongside early career roles in management and HR coordination. Laura holds a Master of Science in Human Behavior and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Southern California, and has studied abroad at IES Barcelona.
