Kayleigh Johnson, CPA, CIA, currently serves as the Internal Audit Manager at Kaleida Health since May 2025, bringing extensive experience in risk management and compliance across multiple organizations. Previously, at Highmark Health from July 2022 to May 2025, Kayleigh held the roles of Lead Risk and Compliance Analyst and Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst, focusing on compliance assessments and staff development. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Internal Auditor at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York, where responsibilities encompassed internal audit procedures and client engagement, and various accounting roles at Community Brands, American Woodmark, Cattaraugus County, Ontario Knife Company, and CUTCO Cutlery. Kayleigh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University.
