Renata Filarecki

Renata Filarecki has extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce development. Renata is currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Kaleida Health since June 2023. Before this, they were the Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development Manager at Independent Health from April 2019 to June 2023. Prior to that, Renata worked as the Regional Manager of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development at MGM Resorts International from December 2016 to January 2019, and as a Talent Acquisition Partner from August 2015 to December 2016. Renata also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas | Las Vegas Sands Corp. from November 2013 to August 2015. Renata has further experience as a Corporate Recruiter at Sitel from November 2012 to November 2013, and as a Recruiting Coordinator at Deloitte from October 2010 to October 2011.

Renata Filarecki completed a Bachelor's degree in Management and Human Resource Management at American Public University in 2010.
