Neil Bajaj is currently the VP of Strategy at Kaléo. Neil also led case teams to develop a granular understanding of the sources and drivers of economic profit growth, a prioritized agenda, and economically differentiated strategies with differential allocation of resources. Some notable projects they worked on include optimizing sales force targeting and frequency for a top 10 pharma company by determining high profit physicians with responsiveness to detailing, which yielded a 2-3% share increase within 6 months; enhancing the marketing strategy for a top 10 pharma company by optimizing the mix with a $60M increase in investment for 200% ROI in Direct

Neil Bajaj has a MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Naperville Central School. Neil also has a BS in Biomedical and Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University. Neil also has a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Biomedical and Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
