Madison Jellins

Madison Jellins is an experienced in-house legal executive with expertise in the life sciences and healthcare industries. As Kaliber’s general counsel, she brings decades of experience in transactional, regulatory, compliance, IP, litigation and general corporate law, combined with a strategic business acumen. Madison’s background includes roles at both well-established public companies and startups – including Coherus BioSciences, Apple, Kitty Hawk, and PaxVax. Before moving in house, she was an equity partner in the patent litigation practice of an AmLaw 100 firm and a partner/founder of a boutique IP firm.

Madison clerked for the Hon. Helen W. Nies, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and is a registered patent attorney. She received her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, magna cum laude, and holds an M.S. in molecular and cellular biology from Stanford University.
