Elizabeth Kershaw

Director - Customer Success at Kalibrate

Elizabeth Kershaw has extensive work experience in the retail and pricing industry. Elizabeth began their career at Total UK Ltd in 2003, where they held various roles before becoming a Retail Analyst in 2007. In 2010, they were promoted to Retail Pricing Manager, responsible for pricing service stations and managing a team. After the sale of Total's UK marketing assets, Elizabeth continued their role at Rontec before moving to GB Oils as Pricing Manager, overseeing dealer pricing and administration. In 2012, Elizabeth joined Kalibrate as a Client Success Manager, utilizing their retail and pricing expertise to nurture client relationships and provide consultancy services. Elizabeth was later promoted to Customer Success Manager Team Lead before becoming the Director of Customer Success in 2023.

Elizabeth Kershaw earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Politics from Aberystwyth University from 2000 to 2003.
