Jonathan Hersch

Jonathan Hersch is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience across various roles in data engineering and data science. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Kalibri Labs since December 2024, Jonathan previously held positions at Sensory, Inc. as a Data Engineer, where responsibilities included engineering data pipelines for multimedia files and developing cloud interfaces for biometric models. Prior experience includes working as a Data Scientist at AirDNA, where Jonathan contributed to machine learning and data analysis, and as a Backend Developer/Data Engineer at GridCure, focusing on cloud infrastructure and ETL pipeline development. Jonathan began a career in algorithm development at Quest Integrity, creating computational algorithms for structural engineering software. Academically, Jonathan holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Washington, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, and completed a Data Science fellowship at Galvanize.
