Fikriana Kusuma

Fikriana Kusuma has been with Kalibrr since June 2017, progressing through various roles to become the Client Success Lead, where responsibilities include leading a team of Client Success Managers and overseeing the recruitment platform and headhunting services. Prior roles at Kalibrr include Client Success Senior Manager, focusing on the Client Success Team for Indonesia, Client Success Manager, and Client Success Associate Manager, managing a diverse portfolio of over 60 customers from start-ups to enterprises. Fikriana's earlier experience includes an internship at Unilever as an HRBP Corporate Function Intern, assisting in employee training setup for the Finance division. Fikriana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Indonesia, obtained in 2016.
