Paolo Benedetti

Paolo Benedetti is a professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Tecnico assistenza clienti and pre-sales representative in the wine sector at Apra Informatica since November 2012. Paolo completed a PhD focused on the study and functional analysis of new management software for the optimization of wine production as part of the Eureka project. Previous roles include Collaboratore a Progetto at the Università di Perugia in 2012, where Paolo assisted in food research and analysis, and coworker at the Italian Brewing Research Centre (CERB) from 2011 to 2012, focusing on analytical methods for beer. Paolo also gained experience as a Lab Analyst at Bunge, conducting quality control of sunflower seeds in both 2008 and 2009. Education was completed at the Università Politecnica delle Marche with a Second Degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences from 2008 to 2011.
