William Rhodes

Captain William Rhodes has been with Kalitta Air since 2003 and brings over 35 years of experience in aviation to the Kalitta team. Rhodes began his career at Kalitta Air as a First Officer on the 747-200. Over the years Rhodes has held many roles at Kalitta Air; as a Line Captain, Check Pilot, Aircrew Program Designee, Manager of Flight Standards, the Director of Training & Flight Standards and the Chief Pilot.

Rhodes became the Vice President of Operations and the FAA 119 Director of Operations in September of 2019. He is responsible for oversight of the Chief Pilot’s Office, the Training department, Flight Standards department and the Operations Control Center at Kalitta Air. He is currently qualified on the B747-400 and B777 aircraft and maintains Check Pilot and Aircrew Program Designee status on both fleets.
