Ben Wynne

Ben Wynne has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ben started their career as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Robert Frederick Limited in 1997 and later worked as a Senior Designer/Design Director at Bluecheese from 1999 to 2001. Ben then joined BlueU as an eLearning Content Developer from 2001 to 2002, where they worked on Flash-based eLearning projects for UK clients. In 2003, they worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at BDW Design before transitioning to Kallidus as a Freelance Graphic Designer/Flash eLearning Content Developer from 2003 to 2004.

Ben continued their employment at Kallidus, taking on roles such as Senior eLearning Content Developer/eLearning Software Consultant from 2004 to 2007 and Pre-Sales Consultant/eLearning Software Consultant from 2007 to 2008. In these positions, they developed high-quality eLearning content using various applications and technologies and assisted the sales team with technical demonstrations and creating accurate quotations. Ben then served as a Professional Services Consultant from 2008 to 2017, working with over 500 clients in both the private and public sectors. Ben'sresponsibilities encompassed strategic business consultancy, project management, UI design, subject matter expertise, learning and development advice, implementation consultancy, change management, interface design consultancy, and providing training and specific consultancy on the Kallidus suite of products. Ben'smost recent roles at Kallidus include Senior Services Consultant from 2017 to 2021, Service Delivery Team Lead in 2021, and currently holds the position of Head Of Service Delivery.

Ben Wynne completed a Diploma in Art & Design at Kent institute of art and design from 1993 to 1994. Ben then pursued a degree in Graphic Design at Bath Spa University, specializing in Graphic Design, Photography, and Illustration from 1994 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Ben has obtained several certifications, including a Level 5 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring from ILM in January 2021 and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2017.
