Samantha Carless

Samantha Carless is an experienced Learning Designer and Quality Assurance professional currently working at Kallidus since March 2021. Prior to this role, Samantha held the position of Head of Learning Design at Kilo from January 2023 to May 2024 and served as a Learning and Performance Consultant/Instructional Designer at Ceed Learning from September 2015 to April 2022, where responsibilities included developing blended learning solutions for various projects. Samantha's earlier experience includes roles as National Logistics Manager and National Retail Operations Manager at Crabtree & Evelyn South Africa, as well as a Learning Consultant/Learning Designer at Hi-Performance Learning/IQ Business Group. Samantha holds a BA Hons degree in Psychology, Communications, and Sociology from the University of Johannesburg.
