Mathias Hoglund

Mathias Hoglund is an accomplished senior executive in human resources with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Kalmar since May 2024, Mathias previously held the position of Senior Vice President Talent and Culture at KONE. As a co-founder of Blalab, an organization focused on data-driven solutions for leaders and teams, Mathias contributed to the field of talent management from January 2017 to May 2024. With past roles at Cargotec, including VP Talent & Organization and VP HR, Mathias has extensive expertise in organizational design, strategic workforce planning, and leadership development. Additionally, Mathias's experience encompasses HR leadership at Finnair and HR consulting and education roles, complemented by a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Hanken School of Economics.
