Sarah Horner

Sarah Horner, PHR, has been with Kalmbach Media since August 1996, serving in various human resources roles including Vice President of Human Resources, where collaboration with senior leadership in strategic initiatives and HR counsel is key. Previously, Sarah held positions as Human Resources Director, Manager, Specialist, Representative, and Assistant, each contributing to a comprehensive understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. Prior experience includes a Personnel Intern role with the City of La Crosse, focusing on recruitment and labor relations support. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 1996.
