Matthew Taylor

Matthew Taylor has extensive experience in various roles within the field of HVAC and facilities management. Matthew started their career in the US Marine Corps as a Sergeant before transitioning to civilian work. Matthew then worked as the Chief Engineer at Marriott International, managing the maintenance team and overseeing an $87 million redesign project. After that, they joined Walmart as a Regional Manager, where they were responsible for HVAC, refrigeration, and energy management in Central and South Florida. Matthew later moved to City Facilities Management (FL) LLC as the Head of RHVAC, where they focused on supermarket refrigeration and expanded the HVAC/R self-delivery team for Walmart. In 2023, they started their own company, Taylor Consulting & Co, LLC, and also took on the role of Director of Market Service at Kalos Services, Inc.
