Jim Elder

Jim Elder has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Jim currently holds the position of Vice President, Data Management Solutions at Kalray, a role they started in 2023. Prior to joining Kalray, Jim worked at NetApp from 2017 to 2022, serving as the Channel Chief for the Americas Partner Organization and later in Commercial Sales and WW Distribution. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at SanDisk as the Director of Americas Commercial Sales & Go-To-Market. Jim also held positions at Hewlett-Packard as an OEM Sales Manager from 2013 to 2014. Before that, they were employed at AMD from 2008 to 2012 as the Director of Global Distribution and Local OEM Sales, and from 2005 to 2007 as a Global Account Manager for Avnet Inc. Jim started their career in 1991 at Seagate Technology as a Manager of Pricing Administration. Jim also worked at Webgain as the Director of WW Channel Sales from 2000 to 2002, and at IBM as a Program Director for WW Distribution Sales from 1997 to 2000. Throughout their career, Jim has been responsible for driving revenue, developing account plans and strategies, and managing staff.

Jim Elder holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from San Diego State University.
