Carter Cole

Carter Cole is an experienced Process Engineer at Kalsec Inc. since June 2011, focusing on batch reactor and distillation operations while ensuring compliance with SQF, GMP, and ISO9000 standards. Prior to this role, Carter worked at Graphic Packaging International as a Technical/Safety Intern, where responsibilities included quality assurance, composing SOPs, and updating safety procedures. Additionally, Carter contributed to the Board Mill as a Technical/Safety Intern, developing operating procedures and conducting safety audits. Early career efforts included tutoring Algebra at Western Michigan University and assisting as a Technician Assistant at Carl Walker Inc. Carter holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Western Michigan University, earned in 2015 and 2011, respectively.
