Matt Jones is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in product and process research and development, particularly in functional ingredients for the food, beverage, and nutraceutical industries. Currently serving as Director of Hops Innovation at Kalsec Inc. since September 2012, Matt Jones has held various positions within the company, including Senior Manager roles in Hops R&D and Discovery & Platforms, and has led efforts in the extraction and enhancement of natural colors, flavors, antioxidants, and nutraceuticals. Prior to this, Matt Jones worked as a Postdoctoral researcher at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Emory University and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Butler University.
